Scariest thing that has ever happened to you? I had a dream about getting abducted once. That was scary. I hate aliens.
What is the most important part of a sandwich? The proportions. Being from Philly, we don’t mess around with our hoagies; there’s the right way, and that’s the only way. There’s a gentle balance of meat to bread to condiment; messing up that ratio is horrendous.
If you had a boat, what would you name it? “S.S. Pleasedontsink”
Number one thing that gets on your nerves? 0:04 seconds left on the microwave. Just clear it or let it run out.
What is your favorite smell? Soccer field that is wet with dew on a fall morning.
