SBEC served as the mechanical and electrical engineer of record for the third floor remodel in the Goodman Building. Specific scope of work included:
- Converted patient rooms to a Clinical Research Unit (CRU)
- Complete new mechanical HVAC, medical gases, plumbing and fire protection distribution systems
- Project located on 3rd floor of a 10-story high rise building
- Required maintaining 2nd floor patient rooms in service during construction
