Lakewood, CO – Shaffer • Baucom Engineering & Consulting, a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Design Firm, announces the expansion of their team with the hiring of Ms. Rosemary Seiwald, PE LEED, Senior Electrical Engineer.
Ms. Seiwald brings more than 25 years of experience designing lighting, power, and fire alarm systems for all types of buildings. Rosemary has broad market experience including commercial, institutional, federal, retail, cultural, transportation, hospitality, correctional, healthcare and high-tech manufacturing. In addition, Rosemary brings a passion and a wealth of knowledge for higher education projects, especially in Colorado. Driven by this passion, she has built solid relationships with key members of several Colorado higher education institutions’ facilities management teams. Also possessing a law degree, Rosemary brings unique knowledge and additional value to her contract documents, providing an added layer of protection for the owner when writing and reviewing specifications. Rosemary understands how to deliver value by designing the highest performing systems within the established budget. She is a Past President, Vice-President, and Board Member for the Rocky Mountain Section of Illuminating Engineering Society and loves to hike in her spare time.
