The new Cardiology Medical Office Building at Parkview’s Parkwest campus in Pueblo, Colorado was sequenced into two phases. The first phase was a Core & Shell design package which included utilities for fire protection, main power, telephone, sewer, storm drain, natural gas and potable water. This package also included the design for a main lobby, two-story elevator, meeting room and restroom group and supplying utility tie-ins for future second floor tenants.

The second phase was a Tenant Improvement package for the design of the first floor Cardiology tenant. Design for this space included two nurse stations, twenty exam rooms and a Nuclear Medicine room with adjoining Hot Lab, two Echo rooms and an EECP room.

It  contains a minimum of two additional tenants on the second floor.
