In 2008, SBEC was awarded the Center’s for Disease Control IDIQ contract for multiple task orders for projects involving various combinations of architectural, security, laboratory, interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, cost estimating and civil disciplines to design and construction document production, cost estimating, studies, investigations and evaluations, construction phase services and other related general design services.
Project and building types include renovations, additions, and new construction.
