SBEC provided mechanical, electrical and consulting engineering design services for the complete renovation of the existing two story Pueblo Community College, College Center Building and three building additions. The project was completed in 2011.

The expansion and renovation enhanced student services, modernized the facility’s appearance and usefulness, improved building traffic flow and access and addressed the needs of the ever growing campus population.

SBEC’s scope of work included the following:

  • Duct size and routing
  • Plumbing system sized and routing
  • Power distribution and route tracing (circuit tracing and one line verification)
  • Panel takeoffs
  • Schematic Design Narrative to include mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power, lighting and fire alarm systems
