SBEC is the mechanical and electrical engineer of record for the remodel of the existing dining and warehouse space new culinary arts program. Specific scope of work includes:
- Commercial-style kitchen
- Dining, classroom and office space
- Three gas-fired heating with indirect evaporative cooling packaged rooftop units
- Six gas-fired heating and direct expansion (DX) coolingrooftop air handling units
- Three Type-I kitchen hoods with exhaust and make-up air
- Direct digital control (DDC) automation system
- Hydronic heating system with gas-fired boilers
- Two high efficiency domestic hot water heaters
- Grease drain piping to 1,200 gallon grease interceptor
- Fully automatic sprinkler system
- Redesign of existing lighting system
- Upgraded electrical distribution system
- Modification of existing fire alarm system
- Backbox and conduit system for new telecom and security systems
